1, DEUTZ.1013 series engine fuel supply system is not a whole type of injection pump, but with each cylinder corresponding to the installation of a high-pressure injection pump, we call this form of structure for the monoblock high-pressure injection pump. (Hereinafter referred to as monobloc pump)
In the monobloc pump structure, the difference is that there is no decompression type oil valve, but the pump plunger above the oil chamber is equipped with a balanced hole in the shell, its main role: the same play a decompression type oil valve of the two roles (one is to prevent the occurrence of oil dripping after spraying, and the second is to prevent the occurrence of oil dripping before spraying).
Since there is no pressure-reducing outlet valve installed, will the backflow of fuel affect the internal combustion engine?
Because in the fuel supply system of DEUTZ1013 series diesel engine, the system pressure of the low pressure chamber is higher than the system pressure of the low pressure chamber of the other equipped decompression outlet valve, which interacts with the balance holes on the outlet valve casing above the plunger, together with the high pressure fuel pipe with a shorter wall thickness after special treatment, to ensure that the plunger pays for the process of fuel intake. At the same time, control the residual pressure in the high-pressure oil pipe (the pressure in the high-pressure oil pipe between the two injections), so that the internal combustion engine can start and run smoothly.
2, fuel injector: with and without fuel pipe back to the two kinds of fuel pipe, respectively, installed in the Euro I, Euro I emission standards on the diesel engine, the installation of fuel return pipe (or marking) must be directed toward the direction of the exhaust pipe. Since Euro II injectors do not have a return line, is there a risk of excessive pressure in the high pressure chamber or excessive fuel being injected into the combustion chamber?
Because the DEUTZ monoblock pumps are not fitted with a pressure-reducing outlet valve, a flow-restricting component is fitted in its place, which ensures that the amount of fuel injected into the combustion chamber When the plunger travels downwards, the fuel in the high-pressure chamber flows back, and the pressure decreases accordingly.
