Why?

When the power is turned off with the key, the power to the solenoid valve electromagnet is cut off, the solenoid valve should be in the closed state, and the oil passage from the fuel to the cylinder head is sealed; if the shutdown solenoid valve is not closed tightly, there will be A small amount of fuel continues to flow to the cylinder head oil passage, making it impossible for the diesel engine to stall.

The shutdown solenoid valve is not closed tightly, in addition to processing reasons, it also has a lot to do with the cleanliness of the fuel. When the cleanliness of the fuel is low, impurities will invade the solenoid valve, cushion the valve plate or cause its movement to be stuck, resulting in lax closure; impurities may also directly invade due to not paying attention to the cleanliness of the oil circuit during maintenance.

When it is difficult to stop the flame due to the lax closing of the solenoid valve, it is often possible to increase the throttle to impact the valve plate, so that it can close the oil circuit and immediately stop the engine.
