Deutz Engine Precautions

1、Starting:the starting time should not be more than 20 seconds, and the interval time should be more than 1 minute, if the two starting times are still unsuccessful, the reason should be checked. After starting, the engine should be idling for 3-5 minutes until the oil pressure is stable, and then accelerate to start, in order to avoid the supercharger without oil erosion.

2、oil: must use API standard, CF-4 or above quality oil. The engine is in a horizontal position and the oil level should be at the upper limit of the dipstick. During the break-in period, the oil should be changed at 5000km and 10000km respectively. After that, the oil should be changed once every 10,000km (in the area with bad working environment. Oil change cycle should be shortened by half).

3、coolant: DEUTZ engine must use antifreeze protection fluid. According to the regional ambient temperature to choose the proportion of protective fluid. Nitrite and amino acid-based protective fluid can not be mixed, otherwise it will produce harmful amine nitrite.
