Handling measures: open the side cover of the injection pump, start the engine, if the sub-pump plunger at the diesel splash, the sub-pump plunger coupling wear exceeds the limit, the need to replace the plunger coupling and should be calibrated on the test bench injection pump. Remove the oil pump with a hand pump pump oil, if the oil pump roller side gap at the diesel oil out, prove that the oil pump has a fault. Can also remove the oil pump and the connecting oil pipe, tighten the hand oil pump, block the oil pump outlet, the introduction of gas from its inlet pressure of 0.4MPa, if the roller side gap gas out, it proves that the oil pump is faulty and should be replaced.
(2) oil injection pump outlet and high pressure at the relevant joint leakage: oil injection pump concave outlet and round convex high pressure related to the street due to wear and tear resulting in poor sealing and oil leakage.
Handling measures: in the injection pump outlet concave joint with a concave round copper pad can be added. This kind of pad in the school pump factory have, and can be free with the school pump, injectors and high-pressure oil pipe connection oil leakage can also be used in this method, practice has proved very good results. (3) injection pump shaft broken: If the injection pump 4 fine tooth bolts are not tightened, in the engine work, the loose pump and pump seat dry grinding, and then the larger the gap, and finally will lead to the injection pump installation position displacement, injection pump and transmission shaft is not the same as the shaft broken. Handling measures: use the appropriate thickness of purple copper skin for the pad, pad between the pump and pump seat. Eliminate the gap. When assembling the oil injection pump, the threaded hole should be cleaned first, then tighten the four fixed bolts to the prescribed torque, and check the coaxiality of the oil injection pump shaft and transmission shaft, does not meet the standard should be readjusted. It is recommended that when removing the injection pump, it can be removed together with the pump seat.
